Training room for rental | |||||
|
AIBIM training room is available for rental on daily or hourly basis. Our fully carpeted training room and installed with individual air-conditioning units has a total area of approximately 858 sq feet and can accommodate between 50 to 100 participants. The basic facilities available are banquet chairs and tables and white board. Additional facilities such as computers and overhead projectors can be arranged at additional cost, if required. Buffet lunches and refreshments during tea-breaks can also be arranged.

Bookings of the training room are accepted on ‘first-come-first-serve’ basis on payment of 10% deposit which are not returnable on non-appearance. Full payment are to be made on the day of rental but in any event should not be later than 14 days from the date of utilization.
Reservations by members are given 10% discount on the basic rental only. |
